Andrew Jones MRICS

Director

Andrew has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with the majority being a client side Development Manager.

In 2014 Andrew joined McKay Securities Plc where, as Development Director, he established a projects and development team which delivered over 275,000 sqft of new build offices and industrial units and refurbished in excess of 400,000 sqft of office and industrial space until the successful sale of McKay to Workspace Plc in 2022. Previous roles were held at John Laing delivering PPP projects, Kier Property in their office and mixed use team, Hammond Phillips and Cluttons.

Outside of work Andrew tries to stay fit and healthy, is a keen rugby supporter, youth hockey umpire and enjoys an active outdoor life.
