We understand that our business activities and those of our customers and suppliers can have a significant environmental impact.

We believe that ESG has to be integral to all of our projects and are committed to developing responsibly, with the intention of delivering projects with a low carbon footprint for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Wherever possible we look to retain existing structures and character, repurpose buildings, transforming them into modern, flexible spaces, whilst saving embodied carbon.

We scrutinise the ESG credentials of all assets that we are involved with, identifying opportunities for upgrades that increase efficiency, value and improve leasing prospects whilst reducing exposure to anticipated future regulation.

In all of our projects we look to partner with likeminded people, setting exemplary ESG standards, targeting optimum and beneficial accreditations. Our aim is to work with customers and project teams to deliver net zero buildings.
